Parentage Testing

Alleged Parent and Child (with one parent)

Non-legal

$200.00

A non-legal paternity test, also known as a "peace of mind" or informational test, is a DNA test used to determine paternity for personal knowledge, but the results cannot be used in a court of law or for legal purposes. This test can be used with a potential mother or father.

Legal

$250.00

A legal paternity test is a DNA test used to establish biological parentage with results that are admissible in court. Unlike at-home paternity tests, legal tests follow a strict chain-of-custody process with witnessed sample collection to ensure accuracy and prevent tampering. These tests are often ordered by courts in legal cases like child support, custody disputes, or birth certificate amendments.

Additional Person(s) w/ original submission

Legal

$300.00

A legal avuncular DNA test, also known as an aunt-uncle DNA test, is a type of DNA test used to determine the biological relationship between a child and the sibling (aunt or uncle) of a potential parent when the direct parentage test is not possible. This test is often used in legal cases, such as those involving inheritance, child support, or child custody, when the alleged parent is unavailable or unwilling to participate.

Legal

$300.00

A legal grandparentage DNA test is used to establish a biological relationship between a child and their potential grandparent(s) when the child's parent is unavailable for a parentage test. This type of test is conducted under strict legal protocols to ensure the results are admissible in court for legal matters like child support, custody, or inheritance claims.

Missing Parent

Non-legal

$350.00

A non-legal missing parent DNA test, also known as a family reconstruction DNA test or genetic reconstruction test, is used to establish biological parentage when the alleged parent is unavailable for testing (deceased or unwilling). Instead of testing the parent directly, DNA from other close relatives (like grandparents or siblings) is used to indirectly determine paternity.

Legal

$400.00

A legal missing parent DNA test is a method to determine biological parentage when the alleged parent is not available for a standard paternity test.
This test is often court-ordered and provides legally admissible results for establishing paternity in legal cases.

Additional Person(s) w/ original submission
